Pick-Up

Following the sale all items not donated, must be picked up by the consignor during the designated time slot.   Bring your consignor number and I.D. for pickup.

I can’t make the pickup time, can I send someone else?

Yes.  You can have someone else pick up your unsold merchandise.  E-mail manager@mamacents.com to let us know who you are sending.  They will need your consignor number and be able to provide a valid ID.

What If I forgot to pick-up my merchandise or I am late?

There are NO EXCEPTIONS.  We are on a tight schedule and the venue is a rented space.  There is not time or space to hold on to your unsold merchandise.  Following the sort and designated consignor pickup, any items not picked up will be placed in the 90% off sale and/or donated to a charity of MamaCents choice.  Make sure you have a reminder set to pick-up your items during the scheduled pick-up time.

It is not the responsibility of MamaCents to remind you to pick-up your merchandise!  Know and confirm the designated Pick-Up Time!  If you don’t know ASK!  The pick-up is always the last day of the event.
